This is a 56 dollar watch so you shouldn’t expect much to begin with. But this watch has exceeded expectations. It was easy to read even while riding my motorcycle. The calendar is easy to set. A 7 dollar NATO strap completes this watch in my opinion. As far is being a field watch, this one would be questionable. Despite this complaint I really do enjoy this watch.

This is a very handsome, incredibly well priced watch. It appears to borrow design elements from a Hamilton Khaki field watch. The case is fairly big, but not oversized like a lot of Invicta watches. The strap is a very soft calfskin leather which feels great on the wrist. Pretty good lume with the hour and minute hand as well as the recessed numerals all illuminating. This watch has quickly become one of my favorite watches as it feels great on wrist, looks good and I can wear it without too much concern for damaging it given the the ridiculous price I paid for it. If only it were offered in an automatic movement, it would probably be my favorite watch at the moment.

I like this watch a lot. It has a sort of old-style automotive gauge look to it. I like that it has the day and date. The directions didn't include the helpful tip that you put the crown in the same position to change the day and date; you turn it one direction to change the date, the other direction to change the day.

The problem is that the crown, due to it's shape, is fairly easy to pull out accidentally. About once a month I'll notice that it has stopped, because the crown got pulled out accidentally and the watch stopped keeping time. The crown design needs a rethink. In a world without smartphones this would be a serious problem because you can't rely on it 100% to have the right time. When it happens I just have to check the time on my phone and set it again. Otherwise I'm pleased.

Update 1: I have worn the watch for about two months now. At first, I had to tinker with getting the date and day to turn correctly (but then read instructions and realized what I did wrong). However, now the watch is perfect. The best part is the glass - high quality, scratch resistant and crystal clear. Well worth it!

Update 2: The watch just stopped working. Then started again. Then the day of the week stopped changing....HOWEVER, I got a hold of AMAZON CHAT return and they were super understanding in ordering me a replacement. That’s how you keep a customer happy and returning for more. Invicta - need to check you QC.

I received the watch well packed, in a sturdy Invicta box. The watch itself had the foil stuck on both the front and back of the body, fine.
