2024-04-21 - Update to five stars! : Snailax refunded the shipping label price as well. So they completely covered the replacement at no charge to me. While I hope they make the cover more robust, I'm extremely happy with the company and their service!Update after warranty support: Snailax handled their warranty reasonably well and provided a replacement quickly. I did have to pay $13 for a return shipping label first, and take it to be shipped which seemed useless, as I had pictures to show the problem. I guess I can expect to spend $13 every quarter since I expect the cloth to wear through again. Hopefully the manufacturer will get tired of sending me new units and design a better cover.Original review:These things are amazing and help my chronic pain issues so much! Meanwhile I'm without a working massager.I'll probably purchase the manufacturer's shipping label and try to get a new unit, if only to help motivate better construction / fabric choice.I'd gladly pay twice the price for one of these that would last.
