    I am so happy when a product completely lives up to expectations. These headphones are a bit older compared to the current offerings from Samsung. Therefore, you'll want to download the Flex app on your smartphone. Newer Samsung products use the Galaxy Wear app instead. I have both on my phone now and actually prefer the Flex app, as it's interface is well designed. The performance is impressive. Crystal clear calls and music. Activation button can be configured to wake up Google Assistant. In ear voice notifications of specific apps is also a nice feature. The one and only complaint I have really is the lack of any type of cord management. There are magnets that allow for connecting the ear pieces to one another. But, I really don't like the ear pieces dangling whenever I take them out of my ears. It's quite annoying. I much prefer the retractable style found on other similar headphones. But I will gladly put up with that one design flaw in order to enjoy the benefits of such a quality product. Pairing is easy with my Samsung Galaxy S10e.

    I purchased this unit as a backup for the one I already own and love using. I love the comfortable design of it. The earpieces stay attached very well. I've only lost one in about two years. My previous brand would lose these little rivet pieces quite often. This unit is easy to use comfortable to wear and sounds great. The batteries have never run out on me and I use it all day for as long as twelve hours. So I bought a second one before it gets replaced with something inferior.

    The sound quality is amazing and I love that it flexes, so it fits almost anywhere. I had a black one for quite a while, but I yanked the cord once too many times, so my left earpiece stopped working. I bought this one to replace it. This is the best sounding headset that I have ever had. The only slight complaint that I have is that the newer blue one isn't as tightly curved, so it is looser on my neck and doesn't sit as neatly as the original black one that I have. It is an insignificant difference in the quality of this headset.... just something I noticed between the 2 of them. I will likely buy another one someday because I do tend to yank the cords sometimes. I wear this around my neck almost every waking moment.... so it is bound to get caught on things occasionally.
