Blue color is great, suitcases are light and nice. Rating based off initial impressions. They seem light but not cheaply made as some reviewers are claiming. Taking a 2 week international vacation next week and will update review if opinion changes.
Update: 2 week international vacation is complete. Late bags was loaded heavy to 49+ pounds and smaller bag probably to 35 lbs ( with expansion unzipped- it was full). The suitcases did great with all of th rumough handling from air travel and even rolled fine on uneven brick road surfaces, etc.. the handles of the 2 units come to the same height when rolling, so I was able to roll 85 pounds of luggage in both suitcases with one hand while I rolled my wife’s larger bag. The suitcase did not dent or finish get any blemishes during the trip. It will be a while before I use the large suitcase but will use the smaller one for many future flights and will update my review if my opinion changes

Samsonite Not Built Like Before
I bought this set back in Nov of 2018. I used it once in 2019 on a long haul flight. Pandemic hit and this set went into our cabinet storage. Fast forward, I used it twice in 2022 on short 3-hour round trip flights, and then again once this early 2023. In this last flight, when I got to my destination, I have not even exited the airport when the rubber part on 1 wheel of the cabin luggage peeled off. On the return flight, when we got to the airport, my wife was lifting the checked in baggage from the street to the curb when the top grab handled just broke. The rubber wheel and grab handle were both brittle. You can see from the photo that both bags are well taken cared off and without scratches. I found my original purchase and saw that it came with the 10 year warrantee. I wrote to Samsonite and that wasn't much help. They sent me a lis tof their global stores and sent me a copy of their warrantee policy. I have another branded pair that is pushing 10 years and everything is still in order. if you are expecting mileage from this bag, you may want to reconsider. While I was in my destination, I tried showing the wheel with a repair shop and they said all wheels need to be replaced as the rubber are all brittle. I basically got 1 long haul and 2 and a half regional flights out of these in less than 5 years.
