1st pair- The scissors was great for past couple weeks and the blades suddenly can't close any more. Blades are jammed, only can be closed as picture shows. I've use it to cut vegetables and pancakes for kids' meal so far. After reading all the good reviews, I was not planning to returning it from the beginning using it. I didn't keep its box. Could Amazon or Seller please assist to refund this item? Thank you!2nd pair-After I wrote first pair's review, customer service contact me very soon and ask if it's okay to have replacement. I purchased these kitchen scissors based on the positive reviews. I have found them to be so useful that I've purchased pairs for each of my kids to have at their apartments and a pair to keep on our boat. The pair for the boat has been moved to my husbands tool bag because they are so sturdy and helpful for things like cutting open caulk or plastic packaging or even stripping wires. So I am ordering another pair (or two) to keep in the galley. I also appreciate how easily they can be taken apart to clean, but they are designed well so they will not come apart while you are using them. Just really great scissors and a good tool to have on hand.

These kitchen scissors are wonderful! They have a sturdy feel, though they are a bit big for my hands (I have very small hands). But can they ever cut!! I have been searching for kitchen scissors that can handle cutting up fresh chickens (skin and all), and these work like a charm. I am amazed. I have been through quite a number of kitchen scissors. Some worked very well, except for the skin. These effortlessly cut right through all parts of the chicken - meat, skin, bones, organs. And the come apart for thorough cleaning. One of the problems I've had with other scissors, is that over time they become loose - and then are no good for anything. These are supposedly adjustable, so that I will be able to tighten them, should they loosen. That hasn't happened yet, so the jury is still out whether I'll be able tighten them - but I have no reason to doubt that, as these scissors have exceeded my expectations on all other features. Some folks have complained about a bit of rust, but so far I have not seen any rust - and I use and wash these scissors (in warm, soapy water) every day. I am one happy cutter!

It was super super sharp. I use it to portion out rabbits. It wasnt amazing with the bone cutting ability, at least not for adult rabbits. Works very well for poultry like ducks and chicken. But I think that's what it's use is meant for. It was very easy to clean. And even abusing it through 4 rabbits and it's still sharp, strong and easy. I like that they don't come apart too easily like some other ones. Very happy with the purchase.
