The bowl is decently large and contains several packets. I'm not a big fan of ume in general so I usually left it out when making my bowl, which is included for those who like it. There is a dehydrated chashu which is surprisingly chewy and soft once warmed up, and the soup is to die for, if a bit salty. I tended to fill the water a bit above the recommended line, and I waited for 5 minutes instead of 4 because I found the noodles would clump and harden where the soup base would get tangled with it. Even with those caveats, the soup, noodle texture, and toppings were amazing. Would I buy it again? Maybe. Like I said, the price was very steep. But if I were desperate, maybe I would buy it again. Highly recommend trying at least once if you can't go to Japan to get it for cheap.
Great egg noodles, a legit chunk of pork belly, a bunch of toppings you don't typically see on instant ramen, and an insane soup mix.
The real surprise for me was the satchel of (what I think was) miso paste and pork fat, which gave the soup a rich, deep flavor profile - and unlike most of the salt bomb ramens out there, I actually wanted to (and did) slurp up all the soup.
