I thought I was ordering a jar of honey, but boy was I mistaken! When it arrived it was in the form of a sack of honey-flavored shards of glass. At first I thought I should discard it, but then I thought, "hey, where is your adventurous spirit?" And I dug in.

The honey was delicious, and as I chewed, the metallic flavor with the honey and tea complemented into something something truly new to me. I was surprised by the depth: both of the flavor and the cuts in my gums.

Finally, after savoring the bolus, I swallowed. What followed was even more delightful! soon, my stomach began to ache in a curious way, and I ended up with a surprise trip to the hospital! I had a delightful time with the doctors and staff, and after several surgeries (absolutely unforgettable!), I was able to return home.

And here I am, writing the review. I thought surely such an unusual purchase, with so many twists and surprises, needed both five starts and a glowing review.

I discovered that this is mainly fructose and sugar with very little small slivers of ginger. I previously purchased a good product from the Korean store. It was thick with lots of ginger. This is nothing like that! It is overpriced sugar! Do not purchase.

If you are watching your carbs and just HAVE to have something normal-sweet this works for me!! I can use a heaping teaspoon in 32oz of water and it has just a hint of sweet and wonderful ginger/lemon taste.
The carbs on the label are confusing so I just calculate carbs/tsp on agave = 5g. So even if you are doing 30g or less its a great way to get a little treat that isn't horrible for your diet plan.
