I used this to make vegan gluten free zucchini chocolate cupcakes and it made the zucchini grating much nicer than with my chopper/grater.
They were delish 😁
Only 4 because the suction cups didn’t work for me, there is no instructions and as a 1st timer I would have liked a paper or something. And big veggies make a huge mess.
So I had 3 zucchines from my garden, normal big and huge, so I spiralized the normal and the huge one. I started with the big one and it wasn’t happening I was making a big mess and I was ready to complain about this little mighty helper, then I cleaned it all up, and try a normal sized zucchini and it worked great, no mess at all. I also did a carrot. There is 3 blades wide, thin and medium. I liked the medium.
The blades are really sharp, but it is all very easy to clean.
We all liked the cooked zucchini spaghetti, we don’t normally like zucchini but cook this way it’s not watery or mushy,
I’m happy with my new kitchen tool 😘

That said, it makes delicious salads that have tricked my whole family into eating healthier. So while the spirals are neither large, nor even complete circles, it still does the job.
Attached is a picture of ribbons of potato (before frying I cut through them to leave smaller pieces). As you can see, you are left with almost a one inch piece of whatever veggie you're using and a 1cm cylinder. I just quickly slice them up and add them to my other veggies.
I saw another review that talked about not being able to use it if you're left handed. That's not true. You just have to turn it around so the it points to the right (so the handle is on the left...duh). You'll just have to figure it out which way to turn the handle so that it'll cut for you.
This is a breeze to clean up (it's not dishwasher safe!). Depending on the vegetable, rinsing cutting blade is all you'll need to do. Usually, I just use my dollar store scrub brush with water (or with a tiny amount of dishwashing liquid) to get off any extra stuff left over. I learned to pay attention to the area above where the cutting blade is on the main piece itself. Some juice will end up there once you've finished.
This didn't come with any instructions on how to use, but it's really not that complicated. If you need a little help with it, Youtube has some videos to check out.

The device feels hefty. The blades are sharp (be careful!) and store nicely underneath. (They're dishwasher safe -- which is good, because they'll chew up sponges.) The suction cups are quite aggressive, and I worry they might pop out.
Despite not coming with any instruction manual, it was self explanatory. For the first outing, some spiralized cucumber and zucchini was prepared. Throw in a pan with some lemon olive oil -- and YUM!
Do you need this device? No. Nobody *needs* a spiralizer.
Will you use it if you have it? Once in a while.
Will you enjoy using it? Definitely.
