I usually don't leave reviews but decided to as it may help someone else. I have been taking these for a little over a week now. At first it was ok but now after 8 days I feel like my nights are getting worse than before and I feel anxious and gittery all the time. I try taking them in the morning because how they make me feel. I haven't noticed any difference with my sleep. The size is ok a little bigger than a birth control pill with no awful taste. I got this based on the stars and reviews but so far I'm right where I started from. I will continue to take this pack and may return the other box depending on the results in the next week or so. If it changes I will update my review but right now its just ok.

I am generally a skeptic on things like this but after reading the reviews, I thought i would give it a try.
I typically have 4-6 hot flashes overnight that wake me up and I am in a cold sweat, its terrible and I haven't slept well since those started several years ago.
I took my first dose at 7pm and WOW! That first night I didn't have a single hot flash (first time in 10 years)
I have been using this product for about 2 months now and I think I have had maybe 3 hot flashes total.
I would strongly suggest giving this a go!

I am a 40 year old African American female that recently entered menopause early on in life due to my partial hysterectomy. Upon my first symptoms I noticed a yellowish liquid like fluid that flowed out my vaginal area and I literally started feeling like a easy bake oven every hour and I was losing my freaking mind along in the process cause looking at Google will have you diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on your way out of here and that’s not to be taken lightly. Anyhoo. My doctor after one look said you’re starting menopause due to vaginal discoloration and also the pain that I complain of from time to time. She prescribed me estridol and I was reluctant to take it after seeing the side effects and the longevity of the medication itself. So I started my own research and came across this gem!!! I read other reviews that stated that women had stories like mine and it worked. I swear after 2 weeks I was praising LORD that there is relief. Before a month No more drainage, discomfort and NO MORE SWEATING!!!!

Fast forward to three months later. I got comfortable stop taking them here and there would turn into a week … why because I got comfortable with not having anymore symptoms. That was a big NO NO! Now I’m having regrets that did that. I started flashing and have moisture all the time down below. Now for my guy that a plus but it’s uncomfortable to be moist everyday all day down there. The flashes are unbearable but now that I’m taking it as described again the flashes that were persistent and constant are now far in between and spurts but still exist. I’m coming up on a month and still having symptoms where the initial time I was clear of all symptoms in less than 3-4 weeks. So moral to this review. Don’t get comfortable and miss days to Weeks you will have serious regret like myself. I hope I can get back to complete relief or I may have to look elsewhere or even started the prescribed medication. This sucks!! But I hope this helps!!!!

There’s another review above this one that speaks to my experience with supplements that treat peri menopausal symptoms. I was taking them and they worked great. I fell off regular use of them and the symptoms came back WORSE. I went back on them and they weren’t effective. So I added this. The symptoms went away immediately. I slept like a baby the first day. The hot 🥵 flashes reduced significantly. I think this works so well because I added it to my current regimen. But it works for me. I feel like I got my life back.

When I first started using Estroven, purchased through a subscription on Amazon, I was genuinely impressed. This product initially lived up to its promise. I was suffering with hot flashes like I was sitting in the bowels of hell next to Beelzebub himself. There were days they were coming every hour on the hour. Horrible stop you in your tracks, full body internal heat waves. Insomnia, body aches, hot flashes. I had the whole lottery of menopause. UPDATE:. I will be going into my 3rd month on Estroven. There have been no changes in hot flashes. Still get a few very mild ones that last seconds. I haven't had the courage to stop taking the Estroven to see if the menopause symptoms come back as another reviewer did.

UPDATE:. It just stopped working. Hot flashes are back. Still taking it. Don't know why it seemed to work and now it doesn't. After months of relief and now sol.
