I’d generally give it 5 stars because I like these tablets, low sugar and tastes good to me. I’ve bought them off Amazon before. However….they need some quality control. I bought two packs this time and when I saw the ragged boxes they came in, I knew to check the expiration. 7 of 8 tubes are within 4-5 months of expiration! And one of them expired in March! I bought this on 4/29….

I can feel it when I use this product vs just drinking water alone. I love that it only has one gram of sugar and the right blend of electrolytes. It is so easy and portable to just pop one tablet in my water bottle and watch the fizz begin. I wait around 3-4 minutes for it to dissolve fully and then drink. We live in South Florida so these are a must.

Was looking for an alternative to all the usual electrolyte drinks with tons of sugar/artificial ingredients. Nuun has been a great choice overall. I can tell a difference on the days I drink it, and do feel more hydrated. The tablets taste good and dissolve really quickly, without even really needing to stir. Plus, since they're compact, it's easy to keep a couple tubes on hand to use when sick, etc. I like that there are no artificial colors or sweeteners, and will give them to my kids, but do really wish they didn't have "natural flavors" (because that can mean almost anything, sometimes very *unnatural*), so would take off a half star for that alone, and it makes me keep an eye out for a different product to use. But for the price and overall product quality, I'm happy with these, and have repurchased several times already.

All in all, I do believe these things works. I have been much more conscious of hydration after getting severely ill from dehydration.
Originally, these were to help prevent hangovers, which they did most of the time. I would drink one before, during, and after my day/night out and they did the trick! Minimal hangovers (or at least not full hangovers). I love that they are low sugar and easy transportation as well as in a sturdy case. I tried other powder packet mixes and once one rips open in your backpack or pocket, you never want to deal with them again. I prefer drip-drop over them but the price per unit on these is much better. However, I do think Drip-Drop is faster acting and more noticeable.
Main reasons I dropped a star is because the large price increase and Tropical flavor taste change.
It used to be my favorite flavor, but now it almost leaves a plastic aftertaste which I am not a fan of.

These are my go to hydration tabs. I keep several tubes by the Brita filter in the kitchen. Our whole family uses them daily, especially in the summer for long days laboring in the yard, or when out hiking. Great for the kids sports games/practices too. Flavors are definitely subjective and some taste weaker than others. How much water you use makes a difference with flavor for sure. I typically double the water, as a light flavor is fine for me and I prefer to intake more water overall. Good buy when priced at $5 or less a tube. Side note, If using these with water bottles, I suggest glass, as they will leave a scent behind in plastic and steel bottles.

First reaction: well, it's not the best taste ever. It does have a little amount of fizz to it, which I did like. As I continued drinking it, and trying other flavors, I really got a taste of it. My sensitive stomach handles this drink with no problem at all, I actually feel less fatigued after drinking 16 ounces of this after my runs. I get a boost of energy back, which is perfect after early morning runs. I drink it 2 hours before a run, sip it during a long run (knock on wood, I have yet to get any cramps mid-run while drinking this!), and then sip it after a run.

It's very cost effective as well for an electrolyte drink. I like the fact that it's easy to carry around in my bag throughout the day and I can just throw a tab in my water bottle whenever I need it, it is very convenient.

Definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for a way to hydrate through their workouts. It has helped me immensely and I'm looking forward to using it throughout my marathon training!

Look, I'm no scientist. Well, technically maybe I am considering I have a computer science degree, but that's a pretty far cry from anything having to do with nutrition. What was I talking about? Oh yeah, these electrolyte tablets. They don't taste super sweet, like a more popular electrolyte drink such as gatorade might. This makes me think this is healthier than those more popular drinks. Are they actually? I have no clue!

I used to love nuun tablets. The new formulation is horridly sweeter with a nasty lingering aftertaste - not at all refreshing.

Since I (stupidly) bought the new ones rather than the old ones (though it looks as if, from reviews of the original still for sale on Amazon that people are being shipped the new stuff anyway), I can't send them back as unusable, so I'm currently planning to try some other competing brands instead.

This lot will likely be going to green recycling. Sorry - but nuun, oh dear, *what* have you gone and done?! :( :(

Not what they used to be. Have been using these for about a decade but will no longer use them. More expensive/Less in the tube/ Take longer to dissolve/best flavours no longer available. They also used to taste great but are now difficult to drink. Very disappointing. Save yourself the money and buy something else.
