If you've never had these, it's like a big Nutrigrain bar with oats. The filling is very fruity and the bar itself is very hearty and fills one up nicely. I enjoyed the strawberry and the blueberry flavors both very much. Unlike the bar I mentioned, this one will not leave you feeling hungry. I enjoy mine lightly toasted with coffee.

Since this horrible Covid-19 Virus crisis I have been doing all my shopping on line and decided to try this product (Quaker baked squares soft baked bars, 4 pack, 2 blueberry and 2 strawberry. Total of 20 bars $14.69) which I purchased on Amazon.

These can be eaten as a breakfast food or as a snack. Unfortunately, I found them not to be very good nutritional wise and the taste was only fair at best. Finally, but I did not realize they were so high in carbohydrates and sodium or I would not have purchased them. This is an example where Quaker Oats makes great nutritional oatmeal but not everything the company makes are actually all that good for you. They also were NOT very good tasting.
If you are looking for a healthy snack you may want to pass up this product.

I got the 4 pack at the Subscribe & Save price (2 Cranberry and 2 Blueberry). These are sweet but not overly sweet (especially since the bars aren't too big.). Love these with a cup of coffee or tea as a snack, or for a quick breakfast. Sometimes I cut them in 3 and have a little piece with a cup of coffee when I want something sweet to go with my coffee but not too many calories. It satisfies my cravings without eating very much. I definitely recommend these.

These taste great, a vast improvement over Nutri-Grain.

Of course they aren't healthy. This is a sweet treat. Anyone giving a bad review because they aren't healthy treats should have done a few seconds of reading before purchase...

The blueberry is quite a bit better than the strawberry, in my opinion. I'm usually neutral between the two, but this product is clearly better with the blueberry filling. I've yet to try warming it up but I think it might be good that way, too.
