I absolutely love this pillow! I bought it for myself since I had a little extra money and needed a new pillow. It's tough to pick out a pillow online, but after lots of research, I chose this one, and I'm very glad I did. I have several chronic illnesses and spend a lot of time in bed, so having a good, comfortable pillow means a lot to me. The foam that goes inside it is very soft and not lumpy at all, and it comes with lots of it in a bag so you can put as much or as little in it as you want. It also stays cool throughout the night, which is wonderful when you're sensitive to heat like I am. It molds to your head when you sleep, which is great, but it goes back to its normal shape afterward, which I love. You can sleep on it in different ways or positions but it never starts to have a permanent dent in it like memory foam does. I also love that it's hypoallergenic since I have sensitive skin. There's no chemical smell at all, either. Finally, the seller emailed me after I bought the pillow, asking how I liked it and very generously offering free customization if I wanted it and a free organic cotton pillowcase. I'm happy with the pillow and didn't need any customization, but I said yes to the offer of a pillowcase, and I love it as well. I've included some setup directions for the pillow below. These are things that helped me, so I'm hoping they'll help others.
When you get the pillow, it comes with a bag of stuffing. You’ll need to put at least a little bit into the pillow, which opens with a zipper, because it comes rolled up, so there’s very little in it. I put all the stuffing in mine, making it nice and plump but not hard or too firm. The pillow has two zippers you’ll need to open to fill it with the stuffing. There’s an outer case and then a smaller inner one. This is the part that holds the stuffing. I wasn’t sure how much stuffing I wanted to fill mine with at first, so I opened it, put some inside, closed it, shook it to make sure it was free of lumps, and then felt the thickness of it and tested it by laying my head on it to see how it felt. I repeated this until I decided that I wanted to put all the stuffing in it. When you do this, you’ll want to make sure before you close the inner zipper that there is no stuffing near it, as this can get in the way and get caught in the zipper, making it hard to open and possibly breaking it if too much stuffing gets caught. Once this was done, I put the pillow into a pillowcase, and it was set up.

Excellent pillow. Best I’ve had
I’ve owned several memory foam pillows, and this is the only one that you don’t have to replace if you want a change. The ability to add and remove fluff is no gimmick. It can be filled and adjusted with fluffing it up very easily. Fluffing it makes it very docile to adjusting the pillow to the position you sleep on it in. I’m a side sleeper so I grab the middle bottom of the pillow and tuck it into my shoulder against the bed. This provides neck support.I highly recommend getting some microfiber jersey pillow cases to replace the thick, white factory case that it comes in. The jersey sheets on the “naked” pillow in its zip-case accentuates memory foam qualities like that sink-in and cloud-like feel. Great pillow. Other memory foam pillows end up hard and you get sick of them eventually while this is more versatile
