I used the paint pens with stencils for my out door project.. it has rained and all is good still!!
I will say this when using them practice first on something , just so u get the feel and know how the paint will come out . Especially if you push the pen down where it slides down over the top.. this will cause the paint to come out in a large drop, vs the flow of a stroke.. like I said practice first and practice pushing down the pen, to see how to handle the slide down..
