A Breeze To Set Up, Works As Expected, Few Tweaks Needed

I purchased this product in order to print shipping labels with ease for my small eBay store.

It came packaged with
- all necessary cords
- drivers in disk format
- printed instruction manual
- drivers and instructions on a USB storage device
- a link to the official website in order to download drivers if needed
- usb-c to usb adapter.

Opting to download the drivers via the official site, the install wizard was a breeze. It auto detected all the options needed and soon I had a working printer.

The only thing I had to tweak in the printing preferences was "darkness" under the options tab as I believed the original test print was a tad too light. (I turned this setting to the maximum value per personal preference.)

Better than Zebra TLP 3842

Granted that my Zebra TLP 3842 is an older printer, the speed of which the Mflabel printer shoots out the labels, is amazing. The driver setup was fast and painfree, they provide the drivers on a CD and also a small USB memory stick, plus you can download the software directly from the internet. Print quality is really good (to be fair, as it was with the Zebra).
I probably would have paid $400+ for a new Zebra printer, but I did not want to throw that much money at a company that simply stops updating drivers so the printer would work with the latest Windows version. Glad I did not spend that much money and got this printer.

I print shipping labels from Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and directly through Paypal using Chrome and Edge without any issues.

I would buy it again in a hear beat and if your are looking for an inexpensive, fast and reliable label printer, get this one!

We were gonna return it because we thought it came with no instructions however this was our error they where tucked under the box with the power and USB cord's. The product is great shipping was on time and the setup was easy as far as the computer side went. The confusion on our part was merely the inside being designed to take a roll of labels and I didn't realize you could feed the stack of labels through the back once I found the instructions and that tid bit of information everything was a breeze and printing is crystal clear and fast!

After trying a few different types - either those at similar prices, or some more expensive types, I find this one work for me the best so far. I bought a different one at a similar price, but that one could not work on my computer (windows 10) no matter what I tried. I had another one that was like a 400 dollar piece but it was too old that the printing was not clear, what's more important is that it could not recognize the boundary of the printing labels, and the labels you are trying to print are not exactly 4x6 (it's common, it's a tiny difference between 4x6 even thought they all claim to be 4x6), the errors will accumulate and after printing 20 labels you will see the printing is shifted and I cannot find a way to fix it. But with this printer, it does not have that problem, it always recognize the boundary of the printing label so even if I print 100 labels at once, every label will be right on the label paper.
Potential hicup: when I set up this printer initially, it could not work, but after checking, I realized the printer is not properly closed, and after closing it properly, the light around the button becomes blue, and it indicates that it starts to work.
So far the only regrets is that I don't seem to be able to make it print customized label sizes, it worked well with 4x6 but I hope I can print smaller labels with it too.

Well, first off. Right when I got this printer, I emailed the company letting them know that the cord that came with the printer was bad and if they can send me another one. They never responded so I went and bought one myself and spent another $10-12. Then I hook it up to my computer and what computer now a days has a place where you can insert a CD to download the driver? How about NONE! I go on the website, download the driver and it does not even match with the instructions I got to calibrate the paper so I am not able to set up how the label will be printed. When I go on eBay to print my label, the label does not look correct, parts of the label are cut off or so tiny on the label and the ink is so light when you print it out you need a magnify glass to read the label. I am so pissed off about this purchase! What a waste of money! Now I will have to find another printer that actually works and maybe a company that responds back if I have any concerns.

Worked on my mac and my linux machines with a CUPS driver

I didn't bother with the driver on the cd. I followed the advice of another reviewer and plugged it in > add printer > select printer > scroll to CUPS Zebra ZPL driver. The only hang up on my mac was I accidentally described my paper 6x4 instead of 4x6, so my first label printed perpendicular. I wound up taking it to work and it was even easier to set up on the linux system there. Once I selected the driver and started a job, there was no need to tell the printer the format. It just printed correctly the first time.

This is my first thermal label printer, so I cannot really speak to the print quality, but one of the first labels was sort of... noisy, so I reprinted to be safe and the next one was fine. My biggest problem is that I keep forgetting it has an on off switch on the back. ^^;

I followed the step to setup the printer. The sender is very nice that they give me a usb with the drive in it as I do not have cd room with my computer. Both macbook and windows system can connect to the printer. At first the label printed was kinda blur. But i found a document in the usb that comes with the printer to teach me how to improve the darkness and it works! Now it is perfect to use! I am really excited in using it!!!
