Being sensitive to vitamins and supplements I tend to get muscle spasms with many other brands but do not have this problem when I take Mary Ruth’s. It’s also very good the taste is not an intense vitamin taste to it, it’s smooth and delicious going down. I noticed a very quick improvement in my skin and energy. I would definitely recommend Mary Ruth’s vitamins to anybody looking for a consistent, reliable, and effective vitamin brand.

OK everyone...LISTEN UP! Are you tired all the time? Addicted to facebook? Constipated? Does your dog avoid you? Your husband? Can't get the energy up to cook anything because of brain fog? Does your roof need fixing and is your laundry piled to the ceiling? Can't get dishes done for days at a time? Do you feel hungry all the time, yet somehow under nourished? Well that was me. I know, I know, I'm probably a special needs case, and you all are brimming with vim and vigor. But, on the off chance that someone out there can relate to any of this, then let me tell you how MaryRuth Organics vitamins AND minerals have probably saved my life. I have suffered with chronic insomnia for over 30 years, and now I'm sleeping all through the night. That right there makes the products worth their weight in gold. My appetite was all over the map, yet I lacked the energy to even prepare a single meal for the last 3 years. That's leveling out, WAHOO! Each day I feel a little better a little more energetic and my laundry is all caught up. No more constipation, and my husband notices that I'm in a better mood. I feel nourished and tell everyone who will listen about this product. My roof was ok, so that's not an issue, and we don't have a dog, but, if we did I'm sure I could walk him/her now. What I'm most excited about is that this stuff really works! I can't say it will save your marriage or get your kids to toss out their cell phones and dance in the kitchen while helping you with dishes, but, they'll sure be in a better mood. I was standing in the line at the pharmacy and saw this prior to it becoming "viral" on tik tok. I picked it up since i was trying to live a healthier lifestyle. The color was slightly off putting at first but the taste was SO GOOD! i took the whole bottle and ordered a replacement. The new bottle came in and i had one tablespoon of the old and one of the new the next morning. I was REALLY confused as to why the color was different, but thought maybe it was a fluke. I go to take my "shot" and the smell was AWFUL. Taste just as bad. I was sooooo upset since id just bought it & it was the larger bottle. I was referred by amazon to reach out to Mary Ruth directly and i did! i got Excellent customer service from them and they let me know that they rolled out another formulation that has a shelf stable ingredient in it now that is specifically sold on amazon. -side note this is no where mentioned here- Its not the same color or consistency and is a little different in taste, but still the same great vitamins. I will be repurchasing, just not from amazon until they make it clear which product is being purchased. IT would be nice to have two options for purchase because i like the convivence of prime delivery but i guess we cant have it all
