I've been drinking this daily for just over 2 months and I'm seeing a positive difference in my hair, skin and nails. My hair is growing in and looks thicker and my nails are not as frail or thin (they typically break very easily).
I really like that it's easy on the stomach unlike vitamin pills that are a struggle for me. I tried Raspberry first and the flavor was terrible, but I powered through it and drank the bottle. I got strawberry the second time and the flavor is so much more pleasant. It tastes like strawberry Flavored products and it is very palatable for me, unlike the Raspberry that was difficult to swallow.
All in all, I recommend this product and will continue using it (just not the Raspberry flavor).

Fantastic Product
This product is well worth the slightly higher price. (I was very concerned about the cost at first, for me, money is tight with all my medical expenses). Did I really want to waste more on another supplement? My doctor recommended it to me for a serious health condition and some nutritional defiencies I had acquired as a result. What a difference it is making for me so far! Now to be clear it is not "curing" anything, but it is showing very obvious improvements in my overall mood and skin. I usually buy it locally but this seller offerred better variety and flavors. The taste is tolerable. It's not fantastic but not awful. I just take it in a shot glass chased with a beverage or water, not a big deal for me. I would highly recommend all of this product line and this seller. Hope it works well for you. I have mine on autoship and am grateful (Note: I am not a medical professional, this was my personal experience, please do what's best for YOUR body, do your research and seek your own medical advice). (Update... After 2 days I was contacted by Mary ruths customer support. They said the seller was likely an unauthorized seller and that I should have checked the sender. They also said to look for the shipped by Mary Ruths in the details. I had clicked on the Mary Ruths store so I assumed they were letting amazon use 3rd party shipping. I have a hard time believing 100% the story they gave me seeing as I read the complaints in the 1 star reviews. Mary Ruths offered to send me another bottle, which I said was ok. I am admittedly nervous to trust this product after it took over a week and two representatives to make this amendment. So far, amazon has not offered to give me my 40.00s back.)
This was beyond disappointing. My first order of the strawberry liquid vitamins was great so I ordered another one. As you can see from the photos, something is off. The bottle caps shows the top as dark orange, first order. Bottom cap is yellow and watery and smells like chemicals. The next picture is the difference in the bottles. The bottle on the left was a little warped like it had been damaged at some point. (It wasn't a knock off company I ordered from their store here on amazon.) I have tried to contact the company by email and so far only received a bounce-back email. It's been over the 24 hours they said it would take to contact me. I will never buy this product again, nor will i recommend it. 40.00's is a lot to charge for a defective product.
