Amazing pan! Nothing stuck. They worked great. The size is a little small, but perfectly fits a store-bought brownie mix. I used 2 Brownie pans and used 2 mixes and put both pans on top of one extra large cookie sheet. Baked them at 350 degrees for 33 minutes total. (Checked it at 23 minutes then added 5 minutes, then 5 more) They came out so good and looked great. Best looking brownies I've ever made! I'm thinking I need 2 more so I can use the other rack in my oven. I like to make sweets for church functions and our church has a Dessert ministry and a Hospitality Team.

Even though it’s nonstick, I decided to use some avocado spray oil but I think it still would’ve slid off as easy without the oil. I recommend only using 1 brownie box. I used 2 Ghirardelli Brownie boxes and it was about to overflow. The dividers provide good sized brownies!

It's definitely non stick & did work with cutting them. I don't understand why it's in 3 pieces. The main pan is the outside and bottom. Not sure why these needed to be 2 separate pieces.
