- A: AnswerYou can can I get to USB power and record. at 4K 30 frames a second it will record about an hour before thermal protect kicks in if you have thermal protection set to low. At 60 frames it's about 24 minutes. This is with the screen folded open. If you drop it to 1080p mine recorded indefinitely without shutting down while plugged into USB.

Q: QuestionHow much memory/minute length can it record on its own? Can I insert a MicroSD or SD card(2 answers)
A: AnswerYou will need a SD Card to record and depending on memory size card you insert and the if you record in 4K or 1080 is the amount of time you get to record. Recording in 1080: 64GB = 2hrs 30mins 128GB = 4hrs 44mins Recording in 4K: 64GB = 1hr 15mins 128GB = 2hrs 24mins I would recommend picking up a next battery though, as battery life is not the longest.Answered by ArtistHumor
- A: AnswerRight now it’s only pc for the Sony software but if you use something like an elegato camlink you can. That is what I do It’s better resolution than with Sony’s software anyway

Q: QuestionIs this camera better then my IPhone 13 pro max camera?(2 answers)
A: AnswerAwesome question that I feel like I’m qualified to answer! I just got back from Disneyland and filmed a lot of videos on the GoPro 9, my iPhone 13 pro max, and my Sony A7R3 with g master 24mm-70mm lens. From the tests I’ve been doing with the ZV-1, it comes out much smoother and better detail than iPhone 13 ProMax when filming in 4K/UHD when playing the video (once uploaded tk YouTube) on a smartphone or high definition laptop. BUT when playing it on a huge 4K flat screen, it comes out atrocious! iPhone 13 ProMax footage (on HD) plays MUCH nicer/smoother on the big 4K TV screens. I will say the GoPro hero 9 on 4K is even sharper than an iPhone and MUCH better/smoother than the Sony ZV-1. The problem with the ZV-1 is that you will probably need a gimble to film smoothly. I have the crane M2 and it works nicely with the ZV-1. The A7R3 is much better quality than all of the above cameras but you will need a gimble and a wide angle lens (at least 18mm and wider to 14mm).Answered by TKsound
Q: QuestionDoes the camera come with the fluffy microphone as displayed in the photo?(2 answers)
A: AnswerYes it does. This is a wind microphone attachment. I leave mine on all the time. Sounds great.Answered by Poli
Q: QuestionCan you connect this camera to a phone or laptop for further editing?(2 answers)
A: AnswerPersonally, I use the SD Card and connect that to my computer. And it has a Bluetooth function to send the files to your computer but not sure if there is a cable that connects them.Answered by Rainotx
Q: QuestionCan I use this when live streaming and zooming?(2 answers)
A: AnswerYou will need a usb video encoder to make it simple, there are ways to use sony remote software and make it work but its more of a pain than using a camlink 4kAnswered by Gunsmoke

Great camera for beginners and for Pros. Best Came
I just got this camera from Best Buy today , I was really stunt with the video quality it gave me. I tested it at home and it was so clear so do the audio through the microphone with no cover on it . It will go in a few days out for more testings but I think it is a must have for $749.00 promo price and don't forget the 18 months with the Best Buy credit card it helps a lot . Again I will say it is a must to have I saw many reviews before I bought it at You Tube you can do the same and get convinced , I have too many cameras but after watching all the reviews I decided to order it and I am glad I did. Purchased 06/09/2020 release day was 06/11/2020 that's when I got it . Just two days ago. see I am a hobbies and have the SONY Pro 35mm Camcorder PXW-FS5M2 where still learning how to use VS this you can just turn on and shoot plus taking a perfect Videos .

ZV1, its aight…
This camera is a great camera for both vloggers or creators trying to get BTS. But it can also be used to capture some sick shots as well if you want to get cinematic. The only downside is the battery life, but I found a hack. It you get a portable battery and a mount for it to stay on the camera. Then you should be fine. Until it starts to overheat…. But besides that its fine

Cute, compact & conventional.
This is my first camera and it’s exceeded any expectations I thought I had :-) it’s easy to use and it’s easy on the eyes too! I love the lightweight smooth feel and the functionalities the cam offers. I cannot wait to capture moments through these lenses.
