This is basically an affordable and hydrating toner that comes with a nice smell. I use it occasionally when I feel my face drying up in the middle of the day. I must point out though that all the ingredients are not natural and they do add some cosmetic dyes so be careful about the product entering your eyes and people with sensitive skin should definitely exercise caution or do a patch test first. I will be browsing other brands in the future before I repurchase this one.
