Sound quality is great I live it a 8/10 easy to use and set up the app is simple, easy to adjust, Bluetooth is simple, noise cancelling 9/10, I love how they look. They are super comfortable to wear the only minor complaint and this makes sense since they are so plush is they get a tad warm on the ear after awhile but I just adjust them a tad and I'm fine and it's nothing that would be a deal breaker for me. I use them for watching videos and talking on the phone and I hear everyone and they hear me great not one complaint. I also wear them to block out noice bc I struggle with migraines and to much noise around me they help a lot with that too. They are great with battery as well used them for 8hrs straight no issues
