First let me say, I love love LOVE these bands. They are durable, extremely portable and just what I needed to work on a persistent piriformis issue as well as a shoulder issue.I was therefore disappointed when my order arrived and I was missing the "light" resistance band. Instead I received two of the heavy bands.So I contacted customer service and seriously - WITHIN HOURS of my emailing, I was in direct contact with a rep who handled my problem politely and most of all - effectively! Thank you, Natalie A. for getting me the missing band. I will not hesitate to buy from this company in the future. In fact, I will seek them out!

One of the best things about these bands is that the resistance level is written on each band. Such a simple thing really makes the workout better. I am impressed with the quality of the bands and the customer service. When I ordered these bands I was in the middle of a move and the company sent me another set of bands free of charge immediately once they realized the first set was at my old address. These are so cute and I love the colors. I don’t have much of a frame of reference since these are my first set of mini bands, but, I wish they were a bit wider so they would stay on my legs more during movement. I use them for mostly leg workouts (clamshells, donkey kicks, side step squats). I also started at the x-heavy band since the others were far from having enough resistance so 3/5 were not useful to me. Maybe I can find other exercises for those! Overall a good set and nice quality.

I love these bands eventhough the name changed. I remember it having a different name but these popped up and they had the same colors and resistance so I figured they changed the name or something. Regardless I love the black band, it's the only one I use, I was looking forward to buying only the black bands but unfortunately Amazon doesn't just have the black bands. Overall though, they are very good material, they last long, they make your muscles hurt(black band). Pretty colors
