Omg these taste SOOOOO GOOD!!!! I hate that I only get to eat 2 as a serving. I could literally eat the entire bottle in one sitting they taste that good. They're a soft gummy but not so soft that they stick to my teeth either.This is one vitamin you'll look forward to taking everyday.Update: I've been taking these steady for 2 months now. I can definitely tell they are helping. I have noticed more baby hairs growing and I feel like I have more volume in my hair.My nails are definitely getting stronger because they are actually getting and staying long. Usually my nails are week AF and once my nails get past my finger tips they start to chip and break off. Right now my nails are so long (pic included) and they've NEVER been this long before. I need to shape them b/c some are longer than others but I don't want to remove length, lol.And also not to mention my nails are really strong, they don't bend easily at all.
