Incredibly deep and rich flavor that is unlike your typical ramen. Even for my local ramen restaurants in Florida, one can only dream of creating a flavor this full of depth and quality unless you’ve studied years for the perfect recipe. If this ramen was cheaper, I’d say goodbye to all others in exchange for this ramen exclusively.
I love restaurant ramen and while packaged ramen will never meet the same standard as restaurant quality, this bowl of ramen is a superb treat when you are craving the rich ramen experience. I like to add a soft boiled egg, mushrooms, and green onion for a more satisfying meal. I added the full spice packet and it was perfectly spicy for my taste but might be too spicy for others so add slowly! The noodles are way different than the fried curly noodles you get in the 25 cent packages. They are thin, straight, flour noodles that “puff up” when boiled. They end up chewy and ever so slightly sticky. Next time I’ll add some sesame oil and pork belly for a different flavor. Delish!
Ichiran ramen is expensive but if u want Ichiran Ramen without the hassle of going to the ramen shop, then this would be your bet. I think it is worth the money considering you can have this yummy ramen at home.
Delicious, but too expensive. Not really worth the money when you can buy cheaper soup base and use your own noodles. If these ever come down to between $2 and $3 I would buy them a lot.
