We bought this because we have a small dog that sheds constantly, and a toddler.
We were looking at the s11 model, but this pet model was on sale and we needed a vacuum quickly.
Pros:
- Lightweight, making it very easy to maneuver
- Hangs on wall easily and has built in charger for an additional battery (sold separately)
- Various attachments have a place on the dock so all the pieces stay together and are easily accessible (no more digging through the closet to find the crevice tool)
- the mini brush adaptor is AMAZING for cars, rugs, carpeted stairs, furniture, literally everything cloth. It picks up hair really easily and quickly, gets in smaller spaces without lugging a big vacuum or attaching to a hose. I love it so much.
- Suction is really wonderful!

- LED light is super bright and shows how gross my floors really are before vacuuming
- we have very short carpet on our stairs and in our bedrooms. This vacuum cleans it very well.
Cons:
- battery life does not last long, HOWEVER if you read about the product the battery life it says it has is very accurate. An additional battery can be purchased if needed. So the 10minute battery life on high mode is accurate (but I have very rarely needed to use the vacuum on high mode)
- Vacuum does not stand up on its own, and this would be useful in the inevitable event of random interruptions with a child whilst trying to quickly vacuum.
- Head does take a few passes to pick up bigger things like an uncooked bean or a cheerio, but the vacuum can be quickly detached from the floor adaptor and beans and cheerios quickly can be vacuumed up with no attachment.
We went from a corded, heavy, and bulky Dyson vacuum to this and we love it. We vacuum multiple times a day with it, use it upstairs and downstairs, on furniture, in the car, in the high chair. It’s seriously amazing. We’ve had it for a few months now and had no issues with it. It easily comes apart, has an attachment that you can clean the filters with, is easy to set up and use. I will never go back to a heavy corded vacuum for everyday use. We were shocked at how wonderful and light it is and how well it fits under, between, and around furniture. Love love love this product!

Good vacuum, but beware of perplexing product options
The vacuum is fine. I got the A11 Pet version, which comes with large and small motorized brushes for carpets. I also have hardwood floors, so I bought a soft motorized brush for the A11 product line from the Tineco website.But it doesn't fit, because the plug that connects the motorized brush to power via the extension tube has *TWO* prongs, while my extension tube requires *THREE* prongs.The Tineco rep told me that other A11 accessories are the same (batteries, non-motorized accessories), but the motorized brushes are different between the pet and non-pet models. Why?There are two versions of motorized soft brushes: one with a joint that pivots *almost* all the way to the ground, and one that pivots all the way. Tineco figures if you have pets, you'll want to vacuum under furniture so you'll want the version that pivots all the way down.Why wouldn't someone without pets want to vacuum under furniture? I dunno. Why did Tineco make the brushes different so that pet owners can ONLY get the flatter version, and non-pet owners can only use the non-flatter version? Beats me. Why not just make both versions compatible and let people choose? Seems designed to create confusion, with zero benefit to consumers.On their website, there's nothing in the name or description to tip you off that it may not fit your vacuum. The name of the item is: Tineco A11 Series Full-Size LED Hard Floor Brush / Soft Roller Power Brush. It's the only brush for hardwood floors available for the A11 series.It took 2 weeks to receive the the brush, and I chatted with Tineco the day I got it. They told me they would send the right brush along with a return mailing label for the wrong brush I received. Seemed reasonable.8 days later, I got an email stating that they will only send the replacement *after* I've returned this one, and that I should get that mailing label they promised "sometime in the next 24 hours."That was 2 days ago. How long does it take to generate a mailing label? Apparently 10 days...and counting.I should have just returned the vacuum to Amazon and gotten a different make/model, as I'd be done with this transaction by now. Instead...literally no idea how long it will be before I get the proper brush head.
