Press the "Mode" button once, it will change from DEFAULT MODE to MASSAGE MODE only.
MODE 3: AIR PRESSURE MODE
Press the "Mode" button twice, it will change from DEFAULT MODE to AIR PRESSURE MODE only.

Ok this is amazing, the ONLY reason it's not 5 is because it doesn't get the inner side arches of your feet which I always want done during massages and is always sore BUT it gets everything else and it's a DREAM. Like feels amazing. I do have size 8.5 shoe and it fits great. I can't imagine people with huge feet being able to get in these little foot holders...
