About Us
Turning The Art Of Great Cooking Into An American Lifestyle
Julia Child let people in on the Cuisinart secret and so did James Beard. They were among the first culinary experts to hail the food processor as a revolutionary kitchen appliance when it was introduced to America in 1973 by the late Cuisinart founder, Carl Sontheimer. They saw the food processor as a quick and easy way to make fine food and healthy dishes.
Our Mission is to help you “Savor the Good Life.” Under management from Conair Corporation since 1989, the legacy is alive and well, as today, Cuisinart is a universally recognized name. The prestigious Cuisinart brand is not limited to food processors. Plugged or unplugged, nobody covers the kitchen like Cuisinart. The company is a full-service culinary resource with a wide array of products, preferred by chefs and favored by consumers.

Watch the charge close because when it's dead it gives no warning, it just stops.
but this one apparently didn't get field-tested,
I bought this because I trust the brand and I have many of their other appliances.
The price was good and I didn't want another corded appliance in the kitchen.
I use this thing outdoors at times.
It's a nice kit - I like the detachable blender and whisk.
The plastic beaker isn't needed and it's way over-packaged.
Nice looking for a gift, but twice as large as the box needs to be.
The whole unit is also about twice as big and twice as heavy as a plug-in model with a cord.
They twist on fairly easily, but only one way.
It should twist on from either side (180 degrees).
The charging too much longer than I expected - 4 hours.
But, the worst experience, however, was actually trying to use it.
The instructions are predictably unreliable - poorly translated and incomplete.
You have to press down a "lock" button for some silly reason, before you can press the ON button.
It's not intuitive and it's in an awkward part of the appliance.
It has On mode and a pulse mode, but good luck figuring out how to get there.
it's poorly engineered and disappointing, because otherwise, it's sturdy and a nice size.
Since you can take off the implements, it's easy to store in a kitchen drawer.
I purchased two units one for myself and my daughter. I thought it would be helpful since it’s cordless particularly for a stovetop recipe to avoid finding my extension cord to attach to my electric mixer.
I can only say the cordless feature is nice but for the price it’s not useful if one has to keep remembering ahead of time to fully charge it prior to usage.
So one can’t just randomly use this unit if one has to take the time and wait for it to charge, if there’s a need to use it multiple times it loses power, and you can’t use it at the same time while it’s charging.
PS I have a cordless mini food chopper that I love when I don’t need to use the electric one, which cost me $20 and it stays charged for months when not in use. I spent over $150 for these and they are just sitting around.
It angers me when you spend money on something pricey that can’t completely be enjoyed, but the company has benefited and made the profit
