The media could not be loaded.
The app could use some work; it's not as great as it could be as far as sticker options and ease of use. Sizing the text and label can be tedious, so it's nice that the app saves your previously printed labels and you can edit them or reprint. A lot of the stickers are in another language. I wish you could print emojis like hearts, etc, but it won't input those from the keyboard. A font like wingdings would be helpful.
My first printer wouldn't charge and the second one didn't work exactly as the instructions listed. My second one took several hours to charge initially. The light turned green for a split second and then solid red, but it turned back to green once I linked it to my app and prints just fine. The company helped me out and responded swiftly.
There's a space on the printer to add a carrying strap, but it's not included. Neither is a charging block. It needs one with an output of 2 amps.
