Lightweight and Quiet
This unit does have a deep vibration at three different levels . The site says there are 4 massage intensities, there are only 3 (see pic of quick start guide graphic #3). The unit will shut off after 10 minutes, you can immediately restart it but they recommend not using it for more than 30 minutes.Out of the box, I used the included power cord to charge the unit. They provide a cord but not the power plug. I used my iPhone plug and it charged very quickly (less than 20 minutes). There is a charging indicator on the power button to show that it is charging (see pic), when it is fully charged (green), when it will need charging soon (orange).This comes with a quick start guide and a User manual. The quick start guide and back of the box were helpful to get me started but I did take time to read the manual. There was one section in the manual that was confusing/contradictory (see pic). It seems to exclude every part of the body. For example, #5 + 10, states not to use on the neck and back of foot, yet the massage head attachment U-Shaped head is specifically for spine, neck and achilles tendon.This unit is lightweight, it doesn't get heavy in your hand and it was very quiet on the lowest setting. It does get louder as you go up to the medium and high settings. If you push into your muscle it gets a bit louder but still tolerable. I could have a conversation without raising my voice. My cats were very curious about the low hum noise.There is a heat plate on the back where you might expect the power button to be located. I can't see using the heat plate since it is a bit small, but if your intent is to use it on a small section prior to the massager it does get warm and not too hot. There are light indicators to show what setting you are using, that goes for the massager speed setting as well (green, orange, red = low, medium, high).The interchangeable heads are semi-hard. If I push on the ball head with too much finger force, it starts to collapse. The attachments are encased in a soft material. I would take care to not scratch the heads with any hard or sharp surfaces as it could damage the material. I don't see a way to buy replacements. The largest head, ball head, is about 1 1/2" in diameter. There are 4 total attachments that easily push into the unit. It also comes with two extra o-rings, but I'm not sure where to use them, unless this means that overtime of pulling the attachments on and off, it will get a sloppy less tight fit. I see no mention in the manual about o-rings.Yes, it is made in China but it is a quality product that I can see getting a lot of use from. I would be happy to recommend this product.

This is a beautiful and effective device that heats on the back side and massages on the front side of the gun (can't do both simultaneously). Also super portable, which is why a hard travel case would've come in handy. Charges in a few hours and then it's ready to go!
