Great addition to my office. Warmer works on all mugs doesn’t have to be the one given with it. It’s slow to warm up with mug/coffee which I find a good thing to keep it warm. If I put a warm/cold temp coffee on it, it reheats it too

I really like this warmer. I take a while to drink my coffee in the morning so getting a warmer was ideal. I was uncertain about having to have a mug on the warmer for it to turn on (rather than a button or something of the like) but it doesn't bother me anymore. Plus you can fit really any shape mug on it (although it works best with standard mugs as the manual mentions).

The temperature maintenance is really nice. My coffee is steaming when it's been on the warmer, especially when it gets to half the mug, so the temperature is just perfect.

However, I don't think the price is adequate for the warmer. It's super light, which isn't a bad thing but can easily be pushed off (by a cat, if nothing is on it) and I'm not sure if it will last a hard fall. And, I somehow have a scratch on the surface of the warmer (PSA to keep the bottom of your mugs and the surface of the wamer free of any crumbs, dirt, etc. before setting anything on it).

So I like it, but would be much happier with it if it was a more suitable price. I wouldn't be inclined to buy another one or buy one as a gift given the price.

What a total rip-off. We spent over $100 on this items and the moment we plugged it in and it heated up (10 minutes ago), our noses were hit with the putrid smell of burning plastic. There is no plastic back or sticker on the device... something is clearly wrong with this thing. We will not use it again, and we will try to get our money back. What a complete disappointment and what a poorly made device.

I researched these coffee cup warmer and the main problem is that the heat oxidizes the coffee/tea making it unpalatable. I give credit to them, this product really heats up the tea, which I drink, to really hot temperature, almost too hot. I sent back for refund which Amazon kindly issued. And I won't ever purchase another tea warmer ever again.
