I have been searching for the perfect chair for many many months. Through countless scrolls and price checking I've come to this chair where the price was perfect as it wasn't too much for me but not too little where I need to worry that it is cheap. The material is very comfortable and the assembly was very easy. Took good 20 min with some music playing. Overall I would highly recommend getting this chair as it is the perfect office chair to do work on as well the head rest is a nice accommodation when you want to lean back and relax.

Update - March 22, 2204: I was able to contact the company through their website. It took a couple of phone calls and emails before I heard back. Finally, after a few email exchanges, they offered to send me a brand new replacement chair free of charge. I've been using it for over a week now and it works great! I hope it doesn't break down again, but I'm happy they came through with good customer service. I am leaving 4 out of 5 stars because the chair did break before the warranty and they were a little slow in responding, but ultimately they did the right thing by replacing it. Will I buy another chair from this company in the future? It depends how well the replacement chair holds up. Next time, I might look around at other options, but I'm optimistic.

I bought this in April 2023. I'm writing this review March 1, 2024. The chair broke a few days ago. The gas cylinder is broken and the chair wobbles terribly. It's become very uncomfortable. I had a very favorable outlook on this chair in the beginning but I'm sad it didn't last longer, as I found it very comfortable up until the point it broke. For reference, I am well below the maximum weight listed for this product. I have not abused it in any way.

Looking over the Customer Q&A's I see other people complaining about various parts of the chair (armrests, wheels, etc). Customers are directed to contact Noblewell through their official Amazon store. But guess what? There is nothing on their store other than ads for their other chairs. When I click on the warranty details on the product page I'm told to contact the seller directly. After some poking around I found their website. I filled out a form describing my problem and sent it. Presumably it goes to someone in China. I have yet to hear back from them.

Just got this chair today (3/21/23) so I can’t give a full review, but I’ll make sure to post an update.

Easy to assemble, and I mean it. The bolts all fit in place, instructions were clear as day, and they even pack some nice gloves for you to wear while assembling it (definitely gave “White Glove service”). As I analyzed some of the parts there were scratches and I was a little concerned, I don’t want this to brake down on me. Height of the chair is perfect and the mesh / fabric felt good. The seat was comfortable when I first sat. Let’s see how it will be working from home for 8 hours. Adjustable arm rest are a go for me.

FYI.. It's a very tall chair, I'm average height and my feet just touch the ground on the lowest setting.

The chair was easy to assemble and the seat and the back are comfortable enough, but

1. It is not for short people. I am 165cm tall and even lowered to the max this chair is too tall for me, my feet barely stand fully on the floor, hence the back support is pointless, because my posture is not right.

2. The arms of the chair are different height as well - it's noticeable when readjusting them to fit over or under the tabletop.

3. It also came with stains on the plastic parts of the frame and paint scratched off the metal parts. Don't know if it's a manufacturer's defect or damage from shipping.

So overall the chair is not a good fit for me. Which is very disappointing, it's so hard to find a comfortable chair for an adequate price.
