I own one of these before I just hope this one is in good shape because I see that the box is split on the top on the other side which I sent you a picture of that but I like I like the way it air fries and cooks and does all of that I have one before but the glass part got broken so hopefully that will not happen this time but I really really like the way this air fryer Big Boss Cooks if it's like the last one I had that I don't know what they called it then I don't think it was the big boss but it was made exactly like this and I love the way it cook

I must say this thing is huge! Some asked can you cook a whole turkey in this thing and I'd say with the extension ring, Yes!
After researching many brands and finding out all the pros and cons I decide to buy this one. I did not want a small one and also didn't like the idea of the teflon coating coming off on my food which many people complained about from other brands. It's a 16 quart glass bowl with racks and an extension ring included.
I recommend you put it in a nice open area as it does tend to throw off a lot of heat. The heat comes out around the top of the bowl as well as the two bottom side vents on either side. The best place I had to put it where I didn't feel I had to worry to much was right on top of my stove. I have low overhanging cabinets. I set it on top of a glass cutting board first to make sure it was level and stable.
Since I was worried about the heat I used my oven thermometer to check the surrounding temperature. You can see how hot it was getting behind the unit. This thermometer and the back part of the stove is about 7 inches away from the edge of the bowl.
I was also worried about the cord touching the top of the bowl because it gets so hot. As you can see the cord is wrapped there with some sort of heat resisted fabric I believe to protect the cord. I remedied this by using one of my pot holder magnets to keep the cord off the top of the unit.
I cooked the chicken legs at 375° for 30 mins. They weren't quite done underneath so I flipped them and cooked them for 15 minutes more. They came out juicy and delicious. They were nice and crusty on the outside with no coating and no oil. I just used a bit of seasoning.
I'd also recommend leaving the ring nearby to set the lid on when you're checking the food, flipping it or getting it out of the bowl. The lid is quite hot and probably not best to put it directly down on the counter top.
Clean up was easy for the most part. I put the bowl in the sink once it cooled and placed hot soapy water inside then placed the rack and basket in the water to soak. The rack came clean easily. The basket was a little harder because of the weave.
All in all a great product but be warned it is large! My only gripe is that there are no directions for use included in the box. I had to use a YouTube video to figure out the basics like turning it on and what racks to use and how.
I recommend this product highly. I hope this review is helpful.

Eventually, the heating element/bulb WILL break in these type of ovens and usually the entire device must be replaced. {This is always such waste.. It would be more efficient & globally responsible if the design allowed the simple replacement of the heating element/bulb) We've gone through 7-8, I've taken them apart to diagnose and repair them, so I feel comfortable and familiar with these type of large air fry convection ovens.
THIS one is very very good! Almost Excellent!!!
Combination of heating element, halogen bulb, and IR hits high temperatures extremely quickly (vs slower halogen bulb ovens).
Cooking time is enjoyably short.
Excellent large tempered ceramic glass bowl provides a large space that accommodates more food at once. Glass bowl is also the best surfacer to minimize the hassles of cleaning.
Steel racks appear of high quality and makes washing amazingly fast & easy (so far).
WONDERFUL inclusion of a steel basket for small items! - extremely useful! It's unique, & the 1st time I've had one included with product.
One design flaw prevents absolute Excellence: dial timer mechanism has absolutely no precision.
Timer mechanism does not correspond to the visible settings, and heat does not correspond to timer mechanism or the visible settings. There is no way to set the device for small increments of time under 5 minutes. The device timer does not provide precise cooking. The excellent heating element, halogen bulb, and IR can quickly achieve the high temperatures asked, but the imprecise, 5 minute variance makes cooking challenging and risky. Timing errors when cooking at high temperatures can quickly and easily burn food beyond recognition.
*Designer, please improve the Timer feature. We, your clients, will thank you.

Buttermilk Chicken Tenders
These chicken tenders are marinated in seasoned buttermilk and air-fried to crispy, crunchy perfection.
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes (Marinade time: Overnight)
Cook time: 20 Minutes
Total Time: 35 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE MARINADE
2 pounds chicken tenderloins
1 cup buttermilk
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
FOR THE BREADING
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 heaping teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons buttermilk
FOR COOKING
Peanut oil in an oil sprayer, for cooking
INSTRUCTIONS
To marinate the chicken: In a large sealable, combine the chicken tenders with the remaining marinade ingredients. Seal the bag tightly and massage the chicken until it is evenly coated with buttermilk and seasoning. Place in a bowl (in case of leakage) and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
To make the breading: In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until well blended, then add the buttermilk and stir with a fork until the mixture is evenly clumpy.
Preheat the Big Boss for 10 minutes at 450 degrees fahrenheit. Remove the chicken tenders from the marinade one at a time and toss into the breading mixture. Be sure to press the chicken firmly into the breading so clumps adhere to the meat. (It's a messy job: use a fork to remove the wet tenders from the marinade and your hand press into the breading.) Set breaded tenders aside onto a plate.
To cook the chicken: Place the bottom rack on a plate and lay the uncooked tenders out keeping them ¼” apart. Using the oil sprayer, give each tender a decent spray of peanut oil. Coat them enough that they are not dry. Place the rack in the bottom of the Big Boss. Repeat this process for the top rack and the second half of the uncooked tenders.
Set the Big Boss to 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove both racks and swap the tenders from the bottom rack to the top rack and vice versa, flipping them over while you do that. Place the racks on the plate and spray the second side with a coating of peanut oil until they are not dry. Place the racks back into the Big Boss and cook for another 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
Remove the tenders and serve with Honey Dill Dip or Heartbeat Hot Sauce Co. hot sauce.
