I was already taking a probiotic from this brand (the pink/women’s bottle), I decided to try this out and see if there were any major differences. I honestly was more bloated and noticed zero changes on my weight scale. I will say, being bloated suppressed my appetite, so I was hardly ever hungry. It did keep me regular, I had to time when I took it perfectly, iykyk. I plan to finish the bottle (I have 5 pills left) and then switch back to the probiotic I was already taking. Curious to see what happens!

I ordered this probiotic on April 8th and it's been over a week since I realized I'm not as hungry as I used to be. It doesn't curve my cravings, but choosing nutritious foods has become easier because I'm never "starving" (I typically eat huge portions of an unbalanced meal when I'm really hungry.) Leading into my next point, I've been consuming smaller portions. I'm trying to adjust to not adding huge portions on my plate because I simply can't consume that much anymore. It's as if my stomach is shrinking it's capacity. This probiotic is certainly boosting the health choices I've been wanting to make. I don't know how else to describe the feeling, but it doesn't do the work for me (such as curve cravings,) but it curves a little bit of the hunger signals which leads me to think twice about what I'm putting in my body, and especially how much I'm consuming vs. how much I need to satiate myself. I hope this helps!
