I really loved this pan when I bought it and cooked a delicious meal in it. But when it came to washing, I placed it securely in the washing mashin. The info on the package reads “Dish Washer Safe” and there is a 10-year warranty. However, in the second time use and wash in the dishwasher, the whole circular area at the bottom, where conveys the heat, has changed collor and looks rusty and old. It makes my hands all black and rusty when I touch it. What a wasteful product...

I have spent a lot of money on nice cookware over the years but this particular company produces the absolute best I have ever used. I have purchased 2 different sets, one for myself and another as a gift. I will be coming back to this company when I next need good reliable cookware. The heat is evenly distributed even though my oven has uneven heating, absolutely nothing sticks to it and not once have I had to scrub anything as everything simply wipes right out. Absolutely recommend.

This is our second Zyliss cook pan. This series of pans are the best non-stick pans I have used. The saute pan is a large heavy-duty (not heavy) and versatile cooking pan. We use it for breakfast cooking (eggs and breakfast extras all fit in the pan) and as a true saute pan. The lid comes in handy for spatters and keeping steam under control. I add a little water as the pan dries during cooking to help out with the non-stick quality being careful to not let the pan burn or overheat. It is holding up well. Great pan!

I love, love this pan...it's a bit heavy but that may be why the heat distributes more evenly than most pans I have had before. I can Pittsburgh steak in this pan....gotta love browned on the outside and rare inside...
Edit: 7 months later it is no longer non-stick....it still cleans easily but the eggs are sticking as is the skin on the chicken thighs....so sad...
Edited again 10 months in I am now going to throw out the pan...stills cleans easily after you are done cooking but every thing sticks....very sad.

The first pan delivered was not round and the lid did not seat properly. I requested and received a replacement. The lid had a dent but it fit properly, so I opted to keep it. The non-stick surface performs really well. After a couple uses, the handle wobbled a bit. I tried to tighten the screw, but it would not tighten any further. I intended to take good care of this care skillet for the long term, but the quality is seriously lacking. Consider this a use-and-abuse pan; the non-stick surface is great, but the overall quality is subpar.
