Pulled the drawstring to close and the grommet on one side that draw string goes through became seperated. With much avail, I can not get it to stay fastened. Bag looks cheap with no grommet attached properly. Can this be sent back and repaired?

The suede and leather in the purse is absolutely beautiful and every little detail (from the stitching to the metal hardware) is perfect. The purse comes with a detachable thin wallet inside it as well as a key holder. If you like this style of purse, do not hesitate to buy it!
