Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our products/services can benefit them.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer feedback.
Attend meetings, sales events, and training to stay updated with the latest developments.
Report on sales metrics and forecast future sales.
Negotiate contracts and handle complaints or objections.
Staffing the company's exhibition booth, liaising directly with visitors and addressing inquiries.
Engage and connect with potential clients from provided customer lists at the booth.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to manage booth operations during exhibitions or events.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary.
Attractive commission structure based on sales achievements.

Note:
We are unable to sponsor visas for this position.
Applicants should be comfortable managing and staffing exhibition booths, which is a significant aspect of the role.
