Purpose.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer emails, messages, and answering phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for properly processing refunds, returns and replacements on all RMA & customer service issues.
Responsibilities & Duties.
• Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions, as well as suggesting information about products and services.
• Able to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up within time limits to ensure resolution.
• Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
• Effectively manage incoming calls from 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Monday to Friday).
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Take the extra mile to engage with customers.
• Ability to make correct decision on processing refunds, returns and/or replacements for all RMA issues.
• Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Special Attributes.
• Bachelor’s degree & interest/experience in the Professional Audio field.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Understand technical functions and must be proficient in (but not limited to) Microsoft Office applications (2010 or higher).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Intuitive technical understanding of products.
• Strong sense of ownership and a hard-working individual.
