We are seeking creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated leaders with good people and communication skills for management positions in upscale fine dining restaurant.
Positions include:
-General Manager
-Bar Manager
-Service Manager
-Floor Manager
Requirements:
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Self motivation
Strong computer skills
Teamwork mentality
The ability to provide guests with a friendly atmosphere where they can relax and enjoy a great dining experience
4+ years of hands on, full service restaurant experience
Successful management track record in a high volume restaurant
Ability to achieve sales and profit objectives
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Experience in managing P&Ls, inventory control
Strong wine and beverage knowledge a plus
