I asked them to help my two companies apply for a tax extension. I paid $150 to apply for a tax extension for my two companies. They delayed it until the last day of March 15th, and even called me after 7:00 p.m. to say that the extension could not be extended because of double operations. It means that someone has already done an extension for me before, and the extension of my other company has not been done for me at all, so the next day I contacted the tax filing company I used before. My previous tax filing company CPA has a very good attitude and said that in order to prevent my company from tax filing returns Overdue incurs unnecessary fines so helped me with a company extension without charging and notifying me. I told them about it and asked them to refund my $150 and they turned their backs right away and said they already served the service and I have to pay the 75 dollars fee even if it doesn't work. Unsatisfactory or not fulfilling expectations.I have never seen such a sca m company. this is totally a fraud! they refunded me 75 dollars after I said I will file a dispute against them.do not work with them. whether it finished or not yet they gonna charge you!
我找他们帮我申请报税延期 前后不到一天的时间 我支付了150美金 为我两个公司申请报税延期 结果他们拖到3月15日最后一天 甚至到了晚上7点多才给我打电话 说延期不了 因为双重操作 意思是之前已经有人帮我做延期了 而且我另外一个公司的延期根本就没有给我做 于是第二天我联系我之前用的报税公司 我之前的报税公司CPA 态度特别好说为了防止我的公司报税超期产生不必要的罚款 所以在没有收费和通知我的情况下 就帮我做了一个公司的延期。我把这件事告诉他们 让他们退我钱 150 美金 他们马上就翻脸了 说什么他们服务了已经 不成功也的支付费用 这是美国，如果我用信用卡支付 我完全可以申请退款因为对服务不满意或者未完成预期。包括你去costco 买东西也是！ 没见过这么坑人的公司 这种行为就是诈骗。我说我要去投诉他们 他们退还给我75美元。如果你想无论做成没做成都要被收费！那你就尽管找他们做报税服务！
